Hiram and Andy are the best in CR I have over 50 tattoos done with them and they are by far the best quality here, shit even Charlie's japanese sleeve was done by Hiram. Hiram currently works here and in the U.S. and Andy works at Plexus Tattoo on the third floor of the mall San Pedro next to Insomnio.If anybody needs any contact info just let me know! She is a rank amatuer compared to these guys, but she does give them..last year she wanted to go one step further and move down here and learn from the best...currently she is in Turkey until the end of March and then I will see her and discuss this further...ask him if he takes on any apprentices for free...thanks, VD

well let me add here and say the best guy in CR is by far Charlie...I gave had three of my pieces done with him back when he was out of San pedro he us the man

from statoos, dermagrafica and other shop idont remember the best one for me is 506 in san jose downtown the guy has been on mexico contest aswell other countries 506 will be my recomendation

hey based upon the info on this thread my girl got some work done at charlies place last week. charlie wasnt available but randall did the work. seen the new work in person this weekend and it was really sharp. crisp thin lines....good color...wasnt some silly flash stuff either. so another thumbs up for charlies place here....i made her name drop the rx for where she got the shop info from
