estribos is opening up soon under a new name. i believe its going to be a sports bar.

may have to make a trip out there. have you ever had a burger from chubbs or porkeys? if so how does it compare. for me those are 2 of the best. just my opinion.

not sure when you had 1 of their burgers. could have been years ago or could have been last week. but the few times i did have it was good. just like all food depends on the cook and the kitchen.

Matty, I think Chubbs has a very good burger, but I like Dave's better. Have never eaten at Porkys so I can't compare.
