from the time i was 25 to 35 a case of beer (24)would just get me started. not trying to brag at all because i was a functioning alcoholic and it eventually got the best of me.i drank so much beer that it finally had very little effect . had to go to the vodka to get a buzz. it's unbelievable what yer body can adapt to..for you young fellows readin this and think it's manly to dink a lot. well it's the dumbest thing i ever did. cannot remember most of my life..if i had it to do over again i'd never touch the stuff. being an alky is a lonely lonely life..(free and sober 17 years)
If I do a tailgating/game day for the Mountaineers, I can easily put down 24-30 beers in the day. That said, it's probably a 12-14 hour period. I just don't PHYSICALLY enjoy that much beer. I piss every 5 minutes and feel full as shit.
The best feat I've done is one evening, in about 6 hours, me and one buddy drank a half gallon of whiskey. Never been so fucked up. Didn't puke but passed out standing up and nearly cracked my head open.
