They were dead going in, and it was official after the Infy-MNF meltdown.

TB may want to consider learning to execute and play with discipline, because as an aging squad themselves, it appears that there aren't many fossilized Oaklands around to just beat up..it actually requires talent, smarts, and execution.

Loved Atlanta today, off a deceptive blowout, and trying to finish hard for Vick and McKay..maybe Blank will buy them some FA parts?

Gambling-101 taught to me by my father as a child, if an isolated national tv game involves two sh!t teams going nowhere late in the year, then more times than not the play is the Dog and to a lesser degree the Over..who wants to watch a rout or a bore-a-thon?..besides the tanking side gets down more money from laying down outright

As usual the favorite after losing the 1st half, rallies enough to appease their fans or the fans in the stands with an effort to rally, but always blows in the end.

So much for being considered one of the greatest defenses of all-time.

Their performance this year completely blew that assumption.

The comeback by the Bucs just demonstrated how bad the Falcon Defense is. Lets hope Atlanta is a favorite next week at home vs. Jacksonville.

To me, Tampa was one of luckiest Super Bowl winners ever even tho I bet on them. Here's why:

I thought Tennesse, despite losing, put a physical punishment on an old Raiders team during that game.

I was undecided who I wanted to take for Super Bowl and was planning to wait until game day. Come Sunday, when reports came out that Oakland All-Pro center Barrett Robbins wasn't going to play I immediately bet on Bucs. It reminded me of Atlanta/Eugene Robinson episode that resulted in blow-out and SF/Cinci game with Stanley Wilson AWOL that resulted in loss for Cinci.

TB was a good team but very fortunate. IMO one of lesser talented teams to ever win Super Bowl.
