he should have been fired!! only reason he won a superbowl was because tony dungy built the team for him....then he screwed it up!! well deserved IMO

Imo, he should've been let go. The nfl needs coaches who take chances on offense, not dudes who are trying to set up 56 yd field goals.

are you serious, Monte Kiffen is the man. And its hard to fire a guy when he allready left to go to tennessee. Monte Kiffen's defenses have been great for years. Tampa has finished like 9 of the last 10 seasons as a top 10 defense. Gruden was brought in because he was an offensive guru and the tampa offense has never finished higher than 18th in scoring since he's been there.

yea but the team gruden built, the raiders made it that year also lol

no doubt he is a good defensive coordinator but bucs d should of been one of the top this year in the league. they werent bad but have the players and the talent to be top 5 not barely top 10. weak on the rush and closing games. to me too when that happens the coaching has to be blamed... overall gruden isnt a bad coach imo

that won't happen...gruden will still get paid for another 3 years...don't think he will take a job with the type of owner jones is...from what i am hearing from the nfl network, shanahan will be the choice when the change happens...
