Tough question.

The Raiders are winless, but they have a nice rookie QB and a decent defense.

The Jets have an embarrassing QB situation, while Tampa Bay just looks like they have no direction. Bad QB situation too.

Easy to pick on the Raiders, and as a 45+ yr fan that lives a short distance from O.CO, I may seem like a homer. I will rip this team with no problem when necessary.

All 3 not good, but the Jets are a joke right now.
