With the Giants being everyone's clear cut #1 going into last night and then getteing hammered and with Romo out for a while, how do you guys have it.

I dont buy into Tennesee but you cant argue that they are the only undefeated team in the league. The NFC is a mess (but the better league , IMO) but I am calling out the Saints making a big move soon.

Sagarin power ratings have Tennessee clear cut #1 with Pittsburgh, TB, Arizona and Dallas rounding out the top 5.

My numbers that I live in die with have New Orleans #1 and Philly #2 and they are in last in their divisions, LOL and Pittsburgh #3.

(Dallas would be in there but not without their QB).

The Redskins beat 2 of the 3 (one on the road) teams you have listed in your top 3 and have better records then both of them.

Tenn
Giants
Skins

They have played the toughest schedule in the league, no doubt. It's close as they are right there with about 7-8 teams but I am just going off the numbers, no opinions.

It's a mess when Tampa Bay is in the top 5 (my team).

We have a starting QB who who bannished to street clothes a few weeks back.

TRUE PARODY setting in.

They have also lost at home to the worst team in the league... No way they are top 3 after that IMO. Top 10 yes, but not top 3.

One game does not change the fact that they have played 5 games against top 10 teams and gone 4-1. Toughest schedule in the league and still have a great record.

I could understand if the Rams dominated the Skins but they beat themselves. They dominated the Rams on both sides of the ball.

I rather lose to the Rams the way they did then get played the way the Giants/Dallas did.

The Giants even after yesterday's game are still the best team. If you know how to read situations & spots in advance, you could tell they were walking into an ambush last night & the results showed. I also agree with Steak on the Colts as that team has not been healthy all season & that record is quite misleading. A healthy Colts team can beat anyone in the league no questions asked.

Dallas (w/ Romo)
Indy
SD

Those are the three best teams that I would trust to win a playoff game before anyone else. New Orleans and Philly imo are average at best and no way either makes the playoffs. Both could finish last in their divisions.

thank god they by wins and losses and have a playoff system and we dont have to worry about who thinks who is better. if not for playoffs, every fucking homer would have their fav. team in the top 2 or 3.

The top 3 teams after the week just completed is strictly based on who performed for me and beat the book this past weekend. Any other rating is useless for me.
Yes the NY Giants sucked and ELI looked like pre-Super Bowl ELI.
It's time for Mike Holmgren to take up his post-coaching profession, as his former QB, Brett Favre has aged much better than he.
Top 3 were:
Tampa Bay
San Diego
Arizona(nice ML performance)

How can you trust Dallas when they haven't won a playoff game yet with Romo?
Giants still the class of the league. EGD spells it out for the doubters.

Seems familiar....hmmmm, oh yeah yeah that's was the rap on Steve Young, John Elway, Peyton Manning, and Eli Manning..."can't win the big one"

TOP 3 are obviously

1. Tennessee
2. Pittsburgh
3. Tie NYG/Dallas (would have been NYG before they pissed down their leg last night)
