Parity or whatever the reason is, in the past 3 years (since I have been doing this) taking all dogs in Teasers and you will more than likely come out considerably ahead! I have seen weeks where every teaser wins just by taking all dogs! I talked about this last year and damn if it didn`t make money again!

Especially division games ...the oddsmakers can really get the number right on making it that much harder to beat the esxtra 10 points! Always take the dogs in 10 point teasers you have that extra advantage with the back door, NFL teams lay down considerably once they are up by more than two scores giving the dog +10 that extra chance...Just follow it for a few weeks!

ties lose on these sweetheat teasers so its often 9 1/2 points. but yes I think there are times it can work.

Do any books offer this at -105 or even money?

lowest I have ever seen is -110 and most are minus -120.

not all books have a tie count as a loss! Shop around on that one! Some books even count a tie and a loss as a push (which I did not know) I believe that is on 6 teamers though...But for a fact some books count 10 point teasers that tie as a push...

I have not seen a single 10 point teaser sweetheart teaser that a tie is a push?

what is the 2 team payoff if it ties?

What book? If they have -130 and the ties is a push then its much worse anyway than -110 and a tie is a loss.

I only play games with 1/2 point differences like -8 1/2 so it never costs me anyway!

Heritage use to , I`m not sure if they still do count a tie in a 3 tm 10 pointer a push...Post about it if your into teasing..I know a few books did this, its been posted before...if it counts as a push than its no action...and yes it was @ -120

Journeyman - I agree. I noticed this same trend the last few seasons as a lot of people have.
But last years was even better for "Dogs & Teasers"

Let's see if it repeats itself this year or not.

There are a few books that dont count ties as a loss in 10 point special teasers. As a matter of fact, Pinnacle even counts their 4 teamer~13 points as a push if one ties!

INT BET, I see no reason it would change the whole league is 9-7 7-9....balance and parity play right into this...I sat back and watched this trend two years ago thinking it would have to stop...I watched as my friend kept on winning...I was afraid to hop in after it had done so well...Last year it was even better!

Hache, Thanks for the info!

Journey, I've been winning off of special teasers for quite a while now, but everyone always criticized teasers, saying they were for "suckers". Seems now many and most are finally seeing the light!

Those 13 pointers are huge when used correctly on over/unders also.

i dont have any stats to back me up........but i would tend to agree with J-man...especially if the player is sharper than average........

NFL 3 team 10pt teasers is strictly for the big boys offshore
college is ok NFL nope...........saying this from a small shops perspective.....not players

Hache.........imo... two team teasers are not the "best bet" a person could make
