I'm really liking some plays tonight and have been reading the boards all day so ive decided to parlay some of the picks in order to try and hit it big. I know some of you are against parlaying, but I felt tonight would be as good a night as ever to try and hit the jackpot. Here's what I've got so far:

Purdue -4.5
UConn ML
Boise St. +8.5
Xavier -1.5
Western Kentucky -4
UCLA ML
Minnesota +6

$10 to win $280 :dancefool

any thoughts and feedback as what to add or remove would be great. thanks.

Im a big fan of parlaying games but doing a 7 game is a bit much...if your looking to hit the jackpot my advice would be to cut the parlay down to a 3 maybe for game parlay and put maybe 20 0r 25$ to win somewhere between 200 and 350...I like the picks but its so hard to win a 7 game parlay no matter how easy the games look..just some advice but do what you want

I agree...do a 3-teamer instead. Use your UCLA, West. KY and Xavier plays, in my humble and untested opinion! Good luck! :toast:

Odds of hitting a 7-teamer: 1 in 128.

Even with a fair degree of knowledge of a few of those games, you're sooo unlikely to hit that it amounts to a waste of money. Maybe choose your ML games and add one of the others...play it for $25 and call it a night. ...still not the best play in the world, but if you like them that much, who are we to tell you not to do it?

Thanks T$

Was just playin' around with the book and came up with this lol:

Cavs ML -335
Purdue ML -190
UCOnn ML -1000
Ill.Chicago ML -700
Xavier -1.5
W. Kent. -4
Wisc. Mil ML -470
Oregon St. +6
Wisc ML -275
Boise St. +8.5
USC ML +100
UCLA ML -725
Niagara ML -600

$10 to win $1,302.87

Relax people, not actually going to play this, but hey, the picks aren't that bad....just doubt that they will all click

Care to share which? The reason I posted this thread was to get opinion on which picks are good or bad....

purdue is way overrated. northwestern isnt any good either but i doubt purdue will cover that 4.5.

I do like the X Men, Uconn, and minnesota and uconn.

could definently see western kentucky losing to midd tenn.

boise 50/50 on.

Would watch out for Minnesota +6 and Xavier -1.5

Minnesota young and not sure they can hang within 6 @ Wisky
Rhode Island going to give Xavier all they can handle.

Purdue isn't overrated. They're 100% healthy now and they should come through Northwestern and take care of business. Time for Purdue to make a nice little run.

I actually love big parlays,to me its alot more fun than paying 10$ for a lottery ticket and if done correctly ,a hell of alot better odds.

find a book that pays you if you hit 4 out of 5 on a parlay or encourages these big parlays with good odds.some do because they know they are going to win most of the time but when you hit a big onet, its a hell of alot better than waiting for lottery numbers

I like parlays but rarely win on them, esp if more than 3 plays.

(I won a 4-play parlay last night, and would have won a $5 7 play for $350 if Portland had shown up to play.)

That said, I might try some of your picks above just for grins.

Yeah that Portland game was a bummer...actually went to that game as a sixer fan rooting for portland lol...it's amazing how gambling can go to your head...anyways, bol with the picks.

Yeah, Portland in two other parlays that lost, too....I only lost Portland and Milwaukee last night - and I didn't chance Mil in any parlays.

I bet that Sixers game was fun to watch - if you were a sixers fan!
