T Mobile -"5 G Network"

This is what their tv ads are saying they have. Does this mean they are now better than Verizon? It hasn't been long since I saw them advertizing "4G".

Actually don't even know what it means. But if more "G"'s mean better coverage or whatever, would expect Verizon to respond.
