I'm hoping MS can come through with a solution to this bug. I'm tempted to try other virus programs, but realize utilizing 2 or more can cause conflict,but if one program is blocked out by bug, perhaps a 2nd can get it, then delte all progrms and re-install new versions. SOLUTIONS ANYBODY??
MS SECURITY ESSENTIALS, has worked great, just locked out of it, hope tech can come through via email, funny how I can't call them

I use a program called Advanced System Care v4. It is not anti-virus, so it won't conflict with anything, but it will scan and clean the computer of threats. Its free at download.com. Use the Deep Care function the first time. It could take a little while to scan depending on how much stuff is on ur comp. Let me know how it works! Also, can you post what version of widows you have, how old your comp is, how much RAM and hard drive space you have, is it laptop or desktop, and programs u use frequently?
