PW.........it's called a bunch of horsehit & attention seeking. I literally saw this play posted when the Giants were already winning.........he got a -1000 line.

Not to sound stupid...so you bet the game while it is in play? Like for this point on ? I have heard of live betting I just saw it more as day trading and never did it...or even looked at it...

Like me an POKER... I know if I played I would be hooked so never did...haha

I was curious if this was that....

Yup, you can play "in game" lines.....for example......yesterday the Cubs were +1200 after the Top 9th....going into the bottom of the 9th. They have these on 5dimes under "live/ultra betting"....i don't like these at all....they're just trying to lure you in to make a stupid play. Never suggest taking high lines....always suggest taking dog $$$ on all these "live" lines. Not worth it though in the long run.

The funny thing is that this dude says take "........................ ML" but never shows the price he pays. This is what you call a FRAUD.

There are times when I place a wager in-game. For example, tonight we have the Nats vs DBacks. And the DBacks get out to an early 1-0 lead. I may be able to get the Nats at -120 rather than pre-game at -210. I'm not planning on this play per se, just an example. With the quickness you need to put in these bets, I'm sure there are many stupid bets placed. I believe if you go into a game planning on placing live wagers, you need to have your strategy planned out before hand. It's also helpful to be actually watching the game so as to get a feel for things like body language, does the pitcher have good stuff, or are the batters hitting the ball hard, but right at people. etc.

Your right about the Day trading aspect of it PW. Yesterday for instance I placed a wager on Seattle 300 at +105. I was able to cash this one out or 'sell my position' in the ninth inning just before the game tied. Yes, I got lucky and this doesn't happen all the time. I got burned earlier in the day when I thought I should sell my position in the Blue Jays game, but my bias got the best of me. The 'market' would have paid me my wager plus a hundred or so... I was able to make a profit on the game.. I think I sold for 518 so I made 218. i then bought Cubs at -125 for 5 units.
In this example from last night I was able to make some money. I also bought on Washington when it was 2-1 San Francisco yesterday. I did like Washington but didn't place a wager on them. So, I bought 2 units for plus money. I don't recall how much I got in for but it was better to buy at that point then before the start of the game as Mo mentioned in his example (when Washington was -130 or something).
