'Susan Rice, the former National Security Advisor to President Obama, is refusing to testify before a Senate Subcommittee next week on...allegations of unmasking Trump transition officials. Not good!' he tweeted.
Trump scoffed in an April interview with Fox Business at Rice's claim that her unmasking of his aides in surveillance wasn't for political gain.
'Does anybody really believe that, nobody believes that,' he told Maria Bartiromo.
The president also claimed that he was referring to Rice's activities when he accused Barack Obama of spying on him, even though no evidence has surfaced that Trump himself was surveilled.
Rice on Wednesday declined an invitation to testify at an upcoming Senate hearing on Russia's interference in the 2016 election through her lawyer.
Only by the Republican chairman of the subcommittee extended the invitation, not the top Democrat on the panel, her lawyer said in a letter justifying the former Obama official's response.
Two other former Obama administration officials are scheduled to testify before a Senate Judiciary subcommittee on Monday. The subcommittee is one of three congressional panels investigating Russia's role in the 2016 election.

Rice's refusal to testify is the latest twist in the congressional investigations into possible links between Russia and the Trump campaign and the ongoing debate over whether the probes are truly independent and bipartisan.
She became a central part of the Russia investigation when President Donald Trump said she may have committed a crime in asking intelligence analysts to disclose the name of at least one Trump associate mentioned in an intelligence report.
Rice has said she did nothing improper. But she has become a key former Obama administration official in a position to answer questions from lawmakers.
Her attorney, Kathryn Ruemmler, said Rice is supportive of the committee's investigation, but it is rare for Congress to ask for testimony from a former president's national security adviser.
The request for Rice's testimony also stood out, Ruemmler wrote in the letter, because it came after the hearing was announced and well after the other two witnesses - former acting Attorney General Sally Yates and former national intelligence Director James Clapper - had agreed to appear.
But unlike invitations extended to Yates and Clapper, Rice was invited to testify solely by subcommittee Chairman Lindsey Graham, a Republican from South Carolina, not jointly with the panel's top Democrat, Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island, Ruemmler said.

Ruemmler said in the letter that Whitehouse notified Rice in writing that he did not agree with Graham's invitation, which Ruemmler described as a 'significant departure from the bipartisan invitations extended to other witnesses.'
Graham released a statement that noted Rice's decision and questioned her comments on the situation.
'During a press interview, she denied improperly unmasking the names of American citizens who were surveilled as part of incidental collection. Media reports suggest otherwise,' Graham said. 'At an appropriate time, I expect we will continue down this path. I hope Ms. Rice will come before the committee - and not just the press.'
A spokesperson for Whitehouse did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment.
Yates' and Clapper's upcoming public testimony is much-anticipated, as they were both scheduled to speak before the House intelligence committee in March.
But that hearing was canceled, some Democrats believe, because the White House wanted to limit what Yates could say. The House intelligence committee has yet to reschedule the public hearing.

Rice is supportive of the committee's investigation but declined to testify

Yates is expected to give senators details about her January 26 conversation with the White House counsel about Trump's first national security adviser, Michael Flynn.
She is expected to say that she saw discrepancies between the administration's public statements about Flynn's contacts with the Russian ambassador to the U.S. and what really transpired, a person familiar with that discussion and knowledge of Yates' upcoming testimony told The Associated Press.
The person spoke on condition of anonymity ahead the hearing.
Yates is expected to say that she told White House counsel Don McGahn that she was concerned Flynn's communications with the Russian ambassador could leave Flynn in a compromised position as a result of the contradictions between the public depictions of the calls and what intelligence officials knew to be true, the person said.
White House officials have said publicly that Yates merely wanted to give them a 'heads-up' about Flynn's Russian contacts, but Yates is likely to testify that she approached the White House with alarm, according to the person.
The White House has said Flynn was later fired because of misleading the vice president on the content of Flynn's discussions with the ambassador.

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice said the attack on the American consulate in Benghazi last week was not premeditated, directly contradicting top Libyan officials who say the attack was planned in advance.
"Our current best assessment, based on the information that we have at present, is that, in fact, what this began as, it was a spontaneous - not a premeditated - response to what had transpired in Cairo," Rice told me this morning on "This Week."
"In Cairo, as you know, a few hours earlier, there was a violent protest that was undertaken in reaction to this very offensive video that was disseminated," Rice said, referring to protests in Egypt Tuesday over a film that depicts the Prophet Muhammad as a fraud. Protesters in Cairo breached the walls of the U.S. Embassy, tearing apart an American flag.
"We believe that folks in Benghazi, a small number of people came to the embassy to - or to the consulate, rather, to replicate the sort of challenge that was posed in Cairo," Rice said. "And then as that unfolded, it seems to have been hijacked, let us say, by some individual clusters of extremists who came with heavier weapons… And it then evolved from there."
Ambassador Christopher Stevens, along with three other Americans, were killed in Libya following the assault on the American consulate in Benghazi, on the 11 th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. Rice said the FBI is examining the attack, saying their investigation "will tell us with certainty what transpired."
Rice's account directly contradicts that of Libyan President Mohamed Yousef El-Magariaf, who said this weekend that he had "no doubt" the attack was pre-planned by individuals from outside Libya.
"It was planned, definitely, it was planned by foreigners, by people who entered the country a few months ago, and they were planning this criminal act since their arrival," Magariaf told CBS News.

She became the central figure in what some have called the most grotesque instance of fake news in U.S. history – the Sept. 11, 2012, attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya. Four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens and two U.S. Navy SEALs, lost their lives in the attack, which Rice blamed on “a hateful and offensive video that was widely disseminated throughout the Arab and Muslim world.” Five days later, she went on five Sunday TV news programs and falsely claimed the Benghazi attack was a “spontaneous reaction” to the “hateful and offensive video.”
She made no mention of al-Qaida or other organized terrorist groups taking part in the attack on the consulate, likely to cover up the fact that arms were being run from Libya to Syria, where the Obama administration was secretly trying to overthrow the regime of President Bashar Assad.
Rice embraced the 2014 deal in which President Obama freed five senior Taliban commanders and high-value terrorists from Guantanamo Bay in exchange for U.S. Army soldier Bowe Bergdahl, who deserted in 2009 and collaborated with the Taliban for the next five years.
Eight U.S. soldiers were killed in the effort to find and recover Bergdahl, who emailed his father just before deserting, claiming he was “ashamed” to be American. In June 2014, Rice went on ABC News to justify the prisoner swap, falsely stating that Bergdahl “served the United States with honor and distinction.” The next year, the Army charged Bergdahl with desertion.
While Rice was ridiculed by conservative members of Congress and in the conservative media for deliberately trying to mislead the public on what really happened in Benghazi, the New York Times rushed to her defense, reporting that both protesters angered by an anti-Muslim video and Islamic militants were involved, but no links to al-Qaida or other known terrorist groups were found. “Anger at the video motivated the initial attack,” the Times concluded in 2013.

Susan Rice is either incredibly naive and ignorant, she's a lying douchebag political hack who has absolutely no regard for the truth

I don't think she's as dumb as would be required for her to be innocent, I think she's a lying political scum-bucket whore

Fuck her and everyone with her cheap shallow value system, to this day she shows no remorse for her attempts to deceive the world for political purposes

Can there be a lower life form?

The left continues to play dirty.. I think the only way to really drain the swamp is to go all out and put a lot of these scumbags including Hilary under a special prosecutor.. The intelligence agencies seem to be up there necks in this too..
