My top three options to choose from are as follows:

Saints, Ravens, or Seahawks

People are jumping on cinncy or Minny as a sexy pick but careful.

Both those scenarios invovle a Q.B that has not had much time to get the rthym with the W.R's . Palmer did not play last season and missed important time in pre-season.

Favre is on a new team and once again just came on board so timing maybe an issue. Plus even as bad as Browns showed they can play last year , it is still an noisy place. This game could come to the wire and I would rather save Minny for when they play someone weaker at home.

good Luck !!

Look at the Pats schedule and you will see that this is probably the best spot to take the Pats. I try not to worry about saving teams too much because there are too many things that can happen during the year. Injuries (Brady last year) and teams either being much better or worse that you thought. There is no sense saving a team for the later weeks if you don't survive the early weeks.

Ravens, then Saints, then New England/Indy/San Diego.

Always good to avoid road teams and divisional rivalries, if possible.

It depends on how far you see your pool going. Mine went into the Conference Championship round of the playoffs last year, so I need to stretch it.

That being said, I have 6 spots.

1 spot Ravens
2 spots Saints
3 spots Seahawks

I think the Seahawks are the most obvious choice if you expect it to go to the playoffs.
