The NEW Stadium falling apart :smoking:
ST. LOUIS High winds blew out press box windows and ripped the tarp at new Busch Stadium right before the start of tonight's game between the Atlanta Braves and St. Louis Cardinals.
There were no immediate reports of any injuries. The start of the game was delayed.
Dark clouds moved over the ballpark and dust began swirling 20 feet in the air following the national anthem. Several fans could be heard yelling as they scattered for cover.
As the wind got harder and louder, plastic window sheets protecting the press box popped out of place. At least one of the ten-foot-by-five-foot sheets flew into the stands while other sheets toppled into the box.
Rain fell and the tarp was brought out to cover the field. The wind whipped it and caused a sizable tear near home plate.
