If so, isn't this an injustice?
At what point can action be taken?
Assuming she is incapacitated, and that it is clear she is unable to perform her duties (for a long time, a year, or even forever), is there a process, a legal method to do something? I would guess, there is not.
Trump has to know exactly what is going on, but of course if he is heavy handed the media will go apeshit. And the Republicans are always timid, not their style these days to do anything.
