Is it some kind of rule they teach in supermarket stockboy school here that all labels in Spanish must be placed directly over the cooking instructions in English?

Not over the ingredients, or the damn redeemable cupons or something but specifically the cooking instructions! It seems to be every product they sell too. Buy a cake, rice a roni, hamburger helper, can of soup, mac n cheese, pancake batter, take your pick, it's accross the board.
