I mean it is simple to me. The Patriots haven't done this since they were cheating. A team dominates the regular season to their degree and wins the superbowl. Unless they are cheating again I don't know maybe we will hear about it in the off season most likely if new england wins.. Deflategate might have been horse shit, but spy gate for sure wasn't. I don't give a shit what anyone says you can't tell me knowing pre snap what defenses are in 100% without them knowing isn't cheating. No wonder Tom Brady is so damn good pre snap. That information is lodged in his brain. If Atlanta can't get to him like the Giants did, then they need to mix it up on the back end and confuse him. But harder said than done. This is Dan Quinn's 3rd superbowl in 4 years. You want to talk about Brady and Belichek. They are going to be talking about Dan Quinn and Matt Ryan soon. Kyle Shanahan can go and this team will still click. He's not the key and the glue here. It is these running backs. That is what makes this team so hard to stop because Matt Ryan can now look for his backs in space and then go through his progressions. This 1-2 punch are animals. Fast and hungry man. The difference between the pats and falcons are when the pats are on offense you know Blount is either running the ball or blocking and not much of a threat in the passing game. When Lewis is on the field you know he's a threat out of the backfield. When the falcons are on offense no one knows how you can prepare for all of that in two packages. ATL had the KC game in a bag, game pretty much won.... the one fluke time where going for two with a 1 pt lead backfired and KC wins the game on an Eric Berry 100 yd 2 pt conv. return. What that scenario did was put new england in a situation where only two teams have won before as far as this stat. The ravens of 00-01 and the 03-04 patriots of the only two teams to win 6 straight entering the playoffs and win the superbowl. So I have my theory about cash cows not covering in the superbowl. and now the last part is something that puts them in a difficult position to win. But, I have this game tight. and not overthinking it atlanta wins by five, 31-26 with tevin coleman and davantae freeman running the show. But if I want to overthink it then I would say New england wins 34-33. But, clearly I have made my reasons for atlanta and expect them to win but I would not be surprised if they cover and lose so I am taking atl spread for the most.

Rams had way more firepower and were the favorites it went under. The carolina game was bradys first superbowl as the favorite and funny it be another NFC south team where the total was set way too low at 37.5 and it went over by a mile. Besides Steve Smith their wasn't much firepower in that game. I count New england attempting to complete their dynasty label 03-04 as the team with more firepower over Mcnabb and T.O., game went under. Then of course the Moss/Welker historic 18-0 year, game went under. Then the two tight end monsters along with Welker and that game went under. It is like a reverse in trends. Historically, it doesn't make much sense for this game to go under imo. Because now you have the less firepower team as the favorite, not a good sign for the under the more I looked at it. The falcons don't have the ability to beat him like the Giants did but moving around on defense and doing different things that Dan Quinn and co. like to do.
