I have fairly rare (bout 10%of the population).blood type.. ah the American red cross calls me relentlessly for donations.... when I was younger I'd do it for the money.. could make about 400 month if I didn't mind being light headed for a day or so... lol....i Still do it... never knew when ill need it...my homeless encounters alone insure I might need some in the future but calling me at 7 in the morning for my blood.... that's my wife's job anyway....

We used to donate plasma for a few bucks, then go straight to the bar and be hammered after a couple of drinks.
