super bowl poker tourney need help?

1. does anyone know where i can find a good blind schedule for a home tourney to last 2-3 hours?

2. i give a trophy for first place, i wanted to give out a high hand prize any ideas? buy in is only $30.00 (i usually take a cut out of pot for this prize so want to spend $25 - $30

Your blind structure should be based upon the # of players you get for your tourney. If you want the tournament to be down in 2-3 hours and you have 9 or 10 players then you can have decent blind levels, but if you are going to have 15 or 20 players you will need to speed it up a little.

I have run a poker room for two years so I have some good ideas. If you would like I can post the ideas.

Just let me know how many players you expect. Give me some sort of range and I will let you know.
