Don't even think of going to a sportsbook unless you are there around 8 and have a couple of friends to guard your seats when you guys take turns getting up. The parties are good, but be very sure of what you get for the money. If you like the party food, pizza and dogs, then you will be getting a decent value for the money. Also definitely ask what the drinks will be, some are open bar where you just have to tip, others are just one or two types of beer so ask to make sure you will want to drink it as it often is just Bud Light or Coors Light. If it is a decent sized party there will be convenient betting windows set up and some of the bigger ones even have a couple blackjack or craps games set up, although very high limits. In all though be prepared for high limits all weekend as $10 tables will be hard to find and the $15 and $25 tables will be packed. SB weekend is a strange animal, all the casinos are jam packed, but the Strip itself isn't all that crowded for a weekend. It is kind of the opposite of New Years or any holiday weekend when the Strip is flooded with people, but the casinos are just somewhat crowded. This is the weekend all the action comes to town and so the casinos bump up the limits and comps of any kind are nearly impossible to get.
