Guys like Santonio Holmes, Dexter Jackson, Deion Branch and others have won it, so I always look for a couple of long shots...

Yep...But as I said in post #2 other players do win it on occasion and the very high payoffs make them enticing.

I Dexter Jackson and that year along with Derrick Brooks and Simeon Rice who also had a shot at winning it at odds over 100-1...

High payoffs are designed to entice...however they do pay off on occasion, IE Nadal loses as a -550 this AM....the NFL is begging to give this award to Manning, if Denver wins, he's a slam dunk, IMO...so IMO if you like Denver to win, and you want to make a bet on the MVP, you go with Manning.

FYI I think Seattle wins.

If Broncos win, it will most likely go to Manning but with the weather bad Im ok with throwing a little on Moreno.
If Seahawks win, it is more open for a long shot

I had Rice that year and he was looking good for a while. Also had James Harrison the year Holmes won it and was looking damn good when he returned that TD just before the half...couple sacks in the second half too and dropped an int I think.

That's a great bet. If Denver wins Manning gets it Manning is at +120 at Hollywood. Then take Seattle ML currently +115. That's almost
a perfect scalp.
