Wait, everyone said that going into this week -- they just held the Steelers to 9 points through 57 minutes. What on earth do they have to do? They ranked #1 in scoring defense and have held to form in playoffs.
I am not saying they are the right play (I haven't given it enough thought). But the Pat's D deserves respect after tonight. The idea they couldn't stop a good QB was disproven tonight. They are 15-2 and 14-3 ATS.

This whole year NE hasn't faced NFC offences like Green Bay, New Orleans or Atlanta.
Most of the teams NE faced were offensively challenged. Even some average AFC offences scored mid 20's on them.

The 3 rookies on defense for Atlanta will be key.
Brady probably rips them hard.
I gotta think Defense is the difference in this game.
Lotta time for blunders off the field, Pats we know will not hurt themselves.

they had one really good win the entire year and it was last week against Pitt.
they had the easiest schedule in the NFL this year. they had a fairly easy 1st round game against Houston in the playoffs.
and they demolished the Steelers last week.
Pats dee will get them the win in the SB. might be competitive for a half but Brady and Bellychick will get another super bowl
What's all this boy talk of a defense in New England. I think y'all should take a look at the schedule they played. It ranks 32nd. FYI there are 32 teams in the league :nohead:
