It sure seems like the under is the play here as Phoenix only scored 11 points in the 2nd quarter. However, with Utah up big I believe the Suns' reserves will come in early. If you watched the Suns' game against Portland you will remember how they scored 30 in the 4th.

The last game between these 2 teams had a low-scoring 1st half too. Both teams exploded in the 2nd half.

Yeah, not looking good for the over. Too many turnovers and neither team hitting their shots. I don't know if OT could even have this one go over.
