I been on this thread since 05 . 20 years solid. Back when cpaw was the man. But honestly, this thread is a clown show today. Just fade everything and your rich. Plain and simple. I used to follow NC and iATS. Now I follow none of these clowns. Internet has destroyed handicapping. Your better off on your own and fading. Legal gambling destroyed this thread
The thread and forum is great, for which we can thank the provider, "BuzzKill". Sportsbooks support ( if not own in their silent ways ) and allow for many forum sites to operate. Content is provided for all to sift and choose from. The sports handicapping biz is what has suffered, as you mentioned. Startups and "Joe/Jill Bloe's" (taken from Doe!) fill the web. There is too much info provided and available to all.
The abundance makes arriving at a convincing and one-sided conclusion rare. I'd prefer to see only long time industry top names amidst the pages here. For the less known, "up and hopeful comers" with a prior year's substantial success rate they could be included on selection pages.
Online gambling in fact cleaned up a local book's act and legal gambling should only bring more to all forum audiences. You get many new mouths when times are changing, good and bad. It's a building cycle though.
