I am not going to say much, but last Sunday I was laughed at and dismissed when I warned people about a massive regression that was coming for Big Al. He lost about 20 units for his backers this past week.
Way way too many plays......who on earth is going to bet 16 games as he went 5-11.......

The number of plays doesn't matter so much. A couple weekends ago he was like 26-1. It's that you just can't do better than 53% to 54% ATS no matter how hard you try. People have to get it out of their mind that they can do better than that across a large and significant sample size. The sooner they understand that and understand basic concepts of probability and chance, the sooner they will be successful.

It seems like you also need to pick one capper and stick with him the whole season.

Exactly way way way to many an this guy is no where near potatoes kmish that guy only gives maybe 1 or 2 plays an since I been following him the guy is 9-1 his last 10 the thing is he don’t play everyday I been betting over 30 yrs an if u bet everyday it’s very hard to win for the yr
The whole point of this thing is STAYING IN ACTION there is no way betting 16 games a day u can win this is bullshit

MONEY MANAGEMENT
BETTING WITH IN UR MEANS !!!!
An what I mean about with in ur means
HAVE SEPARATE MONEY aside for just ur action no matter if it’s 1$ dollar to start
AND MOST IF ALL do not I say DO NOT BET WITH EMOTIONS

No doubt the process is a grind. I used 70 and 60 percent to illustrate a point. For me 55% is the ideal. I simply don't devote enough hours to game study to reach a better number. There are cappers that can get to 60%, but simply tailing them wouldn't be successful. How much does an extra half point matter to the bottom line throughout the course of a season? SMU yesterday was 4.5 at the open but settled on 4. Savy bettors are usually taking the best number. Marco had a 2-1 day, while his followers likely went 1-1-1. Happens with a greater frequency than we think, unless you do meticulous record keeping. Experience also helps to decide when to use moneyline, correlated parlay, first half, or live betting. Player props are also add to the bottom line. With all of the available betting options, and books competing for your business - now is the best time to be a handicapper I can remember. I anticipate conditions worsening. Peer to peer betting is how I see things unfolding.

This is just factually wrong. Nobody can hit 60% ATS. If you hit 55% ATS, you would be in top 1% of the top 1%. Don't be naivë and think somebody could hit 60% ATS long term. Player props and all the other available betting options add to the bottom line....of the sportsbooks.

I know plenty of very respectable handicappers that play that many games, if they think they have a positive expectation on a game, they fire away, I don't typically play that many games but if I do, I lower my bet size because I ain't putting more than 25% of my bankroll out there.

I’ll defer to G as he knows the stats best but if you have been on the Big Al train last 4-5 weeks then it is simple. Avoid Saturdays! As someone said, way too many pics and his record on Sats has been atrocious (during this “run”)
