they'd probably have the entire LAPD force in riot gear to make sure things don't get too hectic, but I would't be surprised if a car or two were flipped/set on fire by the Staples Center. Still they wouldn't wanna mess up LA too much considering they'll probably hold a Laker Day parade soon after.
I think the line dictates you take LAL.....if you look at that stuff. Think about it, game 3 was must win, line was -4, now, Orlando faces a win or go home game and the line is only -2? Doesn't make any sense. Seems to be begging for Orlando action. I think they will get some public with the mentality "Orlando won't lose the series in their own building" I think I'm just going to enjoy the game without having any action on it. BOL though!!
I've always found it interesting that some bettors Capp lines rather than the game itself. I've been lucky enought through hard work to have experienced success Capping games and have never had to resort to other means of looking for a winner.
With that being said, my thoughts on the line. Game 3 opened up at 3' and was bet up to 4. Sunday's Game 5 opened up at 2' and has been bet up to 3. An opening difference of 1 point which is reasonable.
Game 3 and 5 are must win for Orlando, the difference being that if you give a game 5, 3-1 Laker team, 3' opening points, you'll get sided with Laker money. Heck I think all of us would take the Lakers and 3' regardless of Orlando's must win. 2' is just right. It's not about begging for Orlando money, its about not getting Sided with Laker money.

I believe that the Lakers comfort at 3-1 gives the 1-3 Magic enough of an emotional edge to bring home the cash tonight. Orlando, in my opinion is the more motivated team.
I also lean to the UNDER, but not enough to bet it. My number is 201.5 and that's OVER the posted Total of 198.5. Pass.

The beauty of full disclosure here in the writeups is precisely what benefits us all. You see my reasoning and at times, the errors in my reasoning. You see, I try to be as objective as possible and keep emotion out of it. Being objective is more difficult with Sides and much easier done with Totals where the numbers are easier to quantify (limiting the variables). With Sides its easier to become lost in a subjective jungle and come up with a wrong decision.
In hindsight, I live in LA and I have a strong bias against the Lakers that clouds my judgement. Not once in the regular season, nor in the playoffs did I ever choose the Lakers to win. I didn't realize that as the season was progressing because I choose many Laker games UNDER and had a great deal of success.
I would appreciate critique BEFORE the game, as I'm wrapped up emotionally and sometimes blinded to "What Is."
