Plus 2 most likely will not be a factor, thus the money line. Falcons very capapble of winnig game on the field. Doug Johnson started and won a key road victory for the Falcons over the Giants last year. Peerless Price gives the Falcons another weapon at wideout. On the other side, new Cowboys coach Bill Parcells faces a major rebuilding project. Tony Hambrick is no Emmitt Smith and at QB Quincy Carter is more of question mark than even Johnson. Dan Reeves will have his Falcons ready to beat a less talented Cowboys team that is only favored because of Parcells, and the Vick injury.
