Vinegar will take the heat out of the burn.

Apply 2-3 applications in a 2 hour time period.

Then apply Aloe Vera(100% if possible).

Vinegar is great for the sting, take a bath in it (seriously)

Aloe is always good and keeps you from peeling after the fact.

When i worked down in the Islands we just broke open some cactus.

Now go find an aloe plant...even if you have to buy one........slit it..drain the bitter yellow fluid out and just rub it on your skin...keep doing it as often as possible...fresh pieces each time. It will kill the pain and allow the burn to heal faster.

a few question.

i put the vinegar on a wash cloth, and dabbed it on the burns. i will complete this 3 times.

then, is it ok to take a shower, then apply the aloe?

i smell of something awful!

also, do they sell aloe in say like walmart?

Yes bigbet...invest some time in buying the plant.
Lanacane is good for the pain....but the aloe helps with the itching and peeling that ensues.
It heals the skin also

no shit JMan. i was out in the beach for about an hour. then we went walking around. i have been burnt before, usually i wear sun block, but it was a little cloudy, and i wasnt planning on being out long.

it was the 5 hours of walking around that got me. thank god i wore a shirt. my back and chest are fine. it is my neck, arms and top of my legs.

a few years ago, i was burnt of something tremdous. have you guys had an itch, where you could not itch it. where it is under the skin?? that is what i had all over my back and chest. if FVCKING killed!!

i swore to never let it happen again, and here i am today. hurting again. sunburn has to be the worst.

i am slopping the vinegar on, i smell like a filpino egg roll, shit i am gagging typing this email.

thanks

2 asprin..
Vinger applied with a cold rag..
Cook oatmeal added to a cool bath...
Noxema...

I have also heard but never tried it that potatoe juice (blend the potatoe chuncks and make i liquide) helps. I think potatoes stink and I didn't want to smell like fries. But you could try it

If your wife uses any form of aroma therapy lavendar and chamomile have great soothing properties and they help as well

NO ALOE- it will make you peel. YUCK
If you do use it and start to peel get Vitamin E capsules and break them using the oil on the peeling areas..
