Nobody has been hotter than me the last 5 or 6 weeks in the NFL. That sounds pompous but it's true. For those of you that have been following my threads you know that I only have one loss on my big bets the past 6 weeks.

I'm putting 5000.00 on the Colts. They are going to shred that San Diego defense. Indy's pass D should contain the Chargers. Peyton is looking good and Rivers is scrappy but he won't be able to get it done Saturday.

5000.00 on the Colts. I know it is stupid to lose all your regular season winnings in the playoffs but I am going to go big or go home throughout the playoffs. I am starting with this Indy game. I feel confident about it and urge you to get on this. Indianapolis will win this game.

As someone who doesn't wish you any particular harm I'd have to advise against that, but good luck. I'm going to be on Ravens too. Just haven't decided if it will be on the spread or moneyline. Good luck again.

Mr Clutch

I too like Peyton the problem that I have with whacking the play is TONY D another over rated over paid Head coach
who loves to win close games..

I still believe Tony is good coach. At the very least I know he's better then the Chargers coach.

Hey, easy come, easy go. It's just money. Besides, I have a lot to spare and I doubt I will lose this Indianapolis bet. I should be more than fine. I just reminded everyone it is stupid because I don't want anyone to follow this pick and bet more than they can afford to lose on it. It is still gambling and anything can happen. I don't want to be that guy that tells people to bet their house on a bet, even if I am.

Just pulled the trigger for 5000.00. I made a side bet with a friend for 500.00. A lot of people seem to like the Chargers. I just don't see it happening.

75+% of people are on the Colts.

'Peyton is looking good and Rivers is scrappy but he won't be able to get it done Saturday.'

Wow very intensive analysis. Peyton is good while Rivers is 'scrappy.' Rivers had a better year than Manning so is 'scrappy' the new it-word for QBs? When did this happen?

scrappy isnt that a word for a person that is fighting ?

aka scrapping = fighting in my home town

or does this guy mean crappy ?

dont look at last weeks colts game against TN and think that has anything to do with this weeks game

payton plays one TD and TN didnt even try so pretend that game never happened before betting

Since you don't seem to understand the meaning of scrappy..scrappy is that kid in a schoolfight that fights hard and throws a lot of punches but ends up getting his ass kicked anyways.

Also, Peyton is better than Rivers. Manning had to make do without a running game to set up the passes, Rivers had more luxury.

Rivers fights hard, he is competitive but a lot of his gameplan like the long bomb plays he likes won't work against Indianapolis's pass D. Just wait and watch the game. You'll see what I mean by scrappy.

I wonder the insane numbers Manning would drop on that AFC West competition??

Scrappy is the word used to describe the undersized kid in the neighborhood with a lot of heart. Rivers is a bully in that neighborhood, a beast. I don't think scrappy really describes anything about Rivers, and I've watched every game of his career.

The pass defenses actually aren't that far apart. Den/KC are only a little worse than Hou/Jax. The biggest difference comes from Ten vs. Oak, but even that is not a huge gap.

I actually do like the Chargers and Rivers is one of my favorite QBs...I just can't put my money on Norv Turner.
