Shame on you Shrink for not doing your research on the Tribe.
You should know that Shaver is one of the best coaches in the country (miles better than Taylor), and it is only the lack of talent and high admissions standards that are holding him back at W & M.
You should know that the Tribe gets especially fired up to play the Monarchs and their football victory that puts them in unprecedented territory should only serve to fire them up.
You should know they lost Hess and Cope to graduation, but Shaver's team will get better without a star as his previous systems have shown (at H-SC), and that they have a transfer from Temple who is playing well, a conference freshman of the year coming back, and a freshman (Attah-Ofori) who has been playing very well.
Obviously, you don't HAVE to make a play on every ODU game, and it was not the right situation here.:drink:

I made my post before I saw the score and before I saw the other posts. Was simply responding to the original post from Shrink. Believe me, I have great respect for Ken and his picks, just happen to disagree with him on this one and was stating my reasons why. I was not even aware that the game had started to tell you the truth as I am on a short vacation and my sleep patterns are messed up.
one interesting thing is these strong Syndicate plays that Shrink reports on quite often cant win a game??? how bad are those syndicates??? How can they have any money left they have lost about 6 in a row of the ones reported to us here. and how can we get info on what they are so after they move the lines by 2 points we can play the other way? Shink can you post the syndicate plays each day about 10 minutes before tip off? Thanks.

No disrespect intended to anyone; When you bet these smaller conference games remember that each of these teams are built with players that the larger schools passed up because of skills and heart. I think ODU will win the conference BUT, their ATS record will be bad; I'm surprised the chalkers don't know how volatile this CAA Conference is.

i disagree..they were passed on mainly because of size not heart or skills...and to say the linesmakers were off on this game is silly considering where the line opened and where it ended up gametime...if u had such bold comments i am sure everyone here would have liked to hear them before tip off
