With Portis being questionable I would have to lean towards Kansas City.

The last time Plummer played in Arrowhead, he had a QB rating of about 40. KC came out of the Ravens game healthy. They want this one, the fans want it more. It should be a W for the Chiefs.

I am sorry for using the "R" word - and NOTHING EL

the last time plummer played in KC he played for arizona, too. this will mark the 1st time he has entered KC with a PROFESSIONAL football team, too - not some sorry ass losers. this was not the question you asked - but take a look at shanahan as a dog - and the numbers are SCARY! (as in great!). lesson #1 in he nfl - DO NOT give a mike shanahan team points. period!

I'm thinking it will be a good game, could be a real offensive battle. 4 points is a lot to lay against a 4-0 team, but, the Chiefs are capable of beating them by 14 if their D can put the pressure on the Snake.

IMO turnovers could be huge in this game. Both QB's have a habit of getting picked off. I think Jake the Snake will get rattled more than Green this week.

i like denver.

KC's defense and special teams bailed them out of a lot of games. too bad they were playing houston, balt, SD,

denver is in another class

Kansas City is famous for giving Denver fits AT HOME!!!! This was when KC didn't have the horses as they do now. Arrowhead should be rocking and the Chiefs have an advantage at HOME with the healthier running back. Denver has been struggling on the road of late vs divisional opponents. While Kansas City seems to get sky high for divisional opponents at home. Something to think about

Denver 1-7-1 ATS last 9 divisional road games
Kansas City 23-12-1 ATS vs division at home since 1992

Chiefs have a healthy RB Priest Holmes and that should be the difference

Denver wasn't getting 3 1/2 at KC in the past can help explain the ATS record. You give 3 1/2 to a ggod team and you will lose more thatn you win. Denver covers this one. This game will be decided by 3 points.I'll take the 3 1/2 points with Denver all day long.

KC wins by a touchdown or more.

Denver, and more specifically, Plumber, have not impressed me. Plumber makes tons of bad decisions, and is easily rattled. If Portis is out, look out.

Denver has played a schedule of cupcakes this year and is taking a HUGE step up in quality this week. KC on the other hand has played a couple of decent teams and come out on top. I think this is KC's year. Their defense looks solid.

How can anybody like Denver in theis spot? Who have they beaten? That's easy, nobody that has a winning record or anybody that will be a playoff team.

Denver looked like superstars in the Bengal game,San Diego game,Lion game, and let's not forget Da' Raiders. All theses teams that they beat are powerful.Everybody except the Da' Raiders represent the bottom 6 teams in the league.

Between the 4 teams that the Bronco's practiced on they have won 2 games.

I don't think this is a good game to bet on either. I just want to know who everybody thinks will win this game straight up because of another pool I am in.

Thanks to all,

WSEX just dropped their line to KC -3 (-115)
I'd been waiting for this to happen as I wanted to bet on KC (homer bet).

I dropped my standard 1 unit on the Chiefs, but was waiting for the -3 for the tie factor...

I've been to too many KC v. Den matchups decided by the last second FG...
