Falsifying business records to hide hush money certainly is a crime .... At least Clinton had the decency to pay off his woman problems with his own funds.
Trumps always gotta be sneaky, he's the smartest man in the room, then gets caught at everything he does.

Stupid is as stupid does

To play your game for the sake of playing. Hush money can have a business purpose and thus can be deductible. Anyone can make an argument as to why it should be deductible, the IRS can disagree. Yet that doesn't make it a crime.

Hush money payments are frequently made in the business world. The irony here is that Stormy Daniels committed a crime by not reporting income. While a plausible defense can be made for the deduction, none can be made for the omission

Stick to simpleton arguments, stay in your lane

Good you're following it..I'm not.
I could give a shit what happens

Just interesting he likes being spanked cheated on his wife twice and won't defended himself on the stand.

You got this MAGA.

Right .

Just like you’re not following Fatti’s case in Georgia and can give a shit what happens.

Sidney Powell Pleads Guilty in Georgia Trump Case

Securing Powell's plea and cooperation is a huge win for the prosecution. Teflon Don is at serious risk of a successful prosecution now. The beginning of the end. Light sentence but she'll rat out all involved ....Oh well...And so it goes.

The beginning of the end for Teflon Don

“Star witness”

At the end of the trial, one or both attorneys will ask the judge to give the jury a legal instruction about credibility. It's an instruction that tells the jury that if they find a witness has testified falsely about one thing, they can, if they choose, disregard all of that witness' testimony as being unreliable and not credibile.

LMFAO !

A former Assistant Manhattan DA who worked in Alvin Bragg’s current office says his colleagues—even the Never Trumpers—are embarrassed that Bragg brought this case against Trump “It’s destroyed the integrity of my old office”

When even the left are shaking their heads at this pig of a case .

:rofl2:

A crime was found alright . “Fat Alvins’s star witness Michael Cohen stole money from Trump .

Michael Cohen's admission that he stole from the Trump Organization was worse than former President Trump allegedly falsifying business records, CNN legal analyst Elie Honig said Wednesday.

"The fact that he was ever charged with larceny is important because stealing $60,000 through fraud, which would be larceny in New York State, is more serious of a crime than falsifying business records," he said.
