This system is getting DESTROYED so far this week!!! Does anyone have figures on the profitablity of this system over the years. In theory the system makes sense, but Im thinking of a few ways I could tweak it. Jusst wondered how it has done in say the last 8-10 years.
LOL. Actually, I am not sure if this is figuratively or literally speaking. He's in UK, and I don't see him posting "across the street"...Never mind, I just rubbed the sand out of my eyes, and see he's posting under "across the pond."
Correct....since starting after 3rd week, the system has tanked big time the past 6 days or so.....something along the lines of 5-14 or so.If people want to follow the Stoffo Underdog system, then I suggest you check drew15's thread for the Ultimate Underdog system. He has shown sufficient proof that he originally created this system years before the Stoffo system came into the picture. Wilheim was involved in the thread last month where this came into the picture.
Keep in mind, drew15 also made adjustments to the popular system over the years that he is using now (one adjustment is that he chooses to start the UU system after 3 weeks.... or was that 3 pitching starts, drew15?). In any case, any losses in first 3 weeks wouldn't be counted.
I myself will start tailing the UU system now that I'm back in the saddle making bets for the month of May.

The UK is commonly referred to as being "across the pond".LOL. Actually, I am not sure if this is figuratively or literally speaking. He's in UK, and I don't see him posting "across the street"...
So I am not sure what that "across the pond" means...

yesterday I bet against the Dodgers, and see this morning that Hendrickson now qualifies as a top 20 pitcher. Yesterday, he didn't have enough innings, and I lost playing against him. quote]
What I do is: if a pitcher's not in the Sagarin top 20 because he doesn't have enough innings, but would be there if he did have enough innings, then I don't play against him. I pass any game where the pitcher I'd be playing against doesn't have 3 starts regardless of his ERA.
There are still going to be grey areas. Depending on when you place your bets a team can be a fav or a dog. Also, a team can be a no play at one book and a play at another.
In these grey areas, I think the important thing is to decide how you're going to handle it and be consistent.
Thanks.
