duke is by far the best team in ncaa basketball when it comes to floor spacing. they move the ball around, they rotate, and they stay spread out. this causes massive problems for opposing teams as it provides open looks for dukes shooters and keeps the oppositions big men away from the hoop. but this is villanova. villanova will cause match-up problems for duke because of the similar size of the teams and nova's edge in athleticism. this will be a case where duke cant get their normal spacing because nova will have the talent to guard the complex duke spacing and movement (much like unc). bottom line is that nova can beat duke at their own game and with quick guards who can get to the hoop, duke will have a hard time stopping them as quick guards have done well vs duke this season (lawson and teague went off). dont get confused, this game will be close, but i think nova wins outright.
