Out of curiousity, what makes you think the carolina/zaga game is going to go under? if anything, i think i'd be leaning towards the over... they run and run and run - the ACC as a whole plays zero defense, and Gonzaga should have the athletes to score the ball (I don't think quite at the pace that UNC will, as I see UNC winning by 12-14) but just wondering what makes you like the under on this game... best of luck!
UCLA's defense is nothing like Louisville's, and they do not use a full court pressArizona +10
louisville is laying 10 points in the sweet 16? a team that had a tough time with morehead st and siena is laying 10 points to a team coming off two 13+ point wins including a win over a red hot cleveland st team who beat the likes of wake, butler and syracuse earlier in the year. now im fully aware that cleveland st and utah arnt exactly powerhouses, but neither are morehead and siena. the key players here are going to be fogg, wise, and johnson who combined for only 8 turnovers in 2 games vs UCLA, a team with a full court press style similar to louisville. i believe that these 3 guys can take care of the ball and beat that press. so if budinger and hill can make shots, i not only think arizona can cover, but make it extremely close, especially in the first half. that is why i am also adding
Arizona +5 1st half
consistency has been an issue all year for the wildcats, but i think they come out focused and ready to play on the big stage.
in both cases the press is used to tire the opponent, especially late. but you are correct.
AND to force TOs and rushed shots...Some full court presses are just better and quicker, and they have one of the top handful of full court presses in the NCAA; they rotate constantly to keep guys fresh. I might tease UL to -4.5... I feel they should win by double digits but they've also had their share of head scratchers this season, especially early.
