Rockets should be looking to get rid of this piece of shit as fast as they
can. This guy belongs on some three on three street ball team and not the
NBA. The handful of game I have watched the Rockets play over the last few
years, I always shake my head watching this guy run out the clock and then
take a shitty shot. These are not the kinda guys you surround Yao with.

Former NBA All-Star Steve Francis was arrested Saturday in Houston on multiple charges after being pulled over for speeding.
According to an incident report obtained by TMZ Sports, Francis was pulled over for driving 88 miles per hour in a 65 mph zone. Police then noticed he smelled of alcohol and asked him to take a field sobriety test, which he refused.
Francis was described as being "verbally abusive" toward the arresting officer. His behavior led the officer to call for backup to the scene, and police later found marijuana after examining his vehicle. He was formally charged with driving while intoxicated, marijuana possession and retaliation—the latter charge coming after Francis allegedly vowed revenge against the police.
Francis was previously arrested for DWI in 2001 while playing for the Houston Rockets. His issues with alcohol have been well documented, including a 2014 video of him pouring a bottle over his own head at a nightclub. Associates have spoken publicly about how Francis' life after basketball contributed to his issues with alcohol.
Francis spent six of his nine NBA seasons in Houston, making three All-Star teams and winning a Rookie of the Year Award in 1999-2000. He left basketball officially in 2010 after an unsuccessful stint in China.
Since retiring, Francis has kept an almost nonexistent public profile aside from denying rumors of drug abuse last year.

So much talent, but he was a walking stereotype. Should've made 150 million in his career...
