going with Pitt ML -105 . Batch will be taking MOST of the snaps and he is on a mission to prove to detroit owner Clay who seemed to give up on him. There is an article in the post-gazzette...should be a fun game

You know, convential wisdom says to take the Steelers here. Everyone looks at this game and say "THE LIONS" god they suck. I would not be surprised to see Detroit win this one SU at all. They have a new coach with something to prove, new players and old players with chips on their shoulder sick of losing. I'd like to know the record of first year coaches in their first pre season game. I bet it is pretty high. I'm not touching this one though unless I can find an angle.

My coin flip landed on Detroit. So I am going with Detroit.

Detroit may be 2-9-1 ATS in preseason, but Pittsburgh's QB Batch had much to do with that.

Mariucci does not have his defense ready for the first preseason game. In the last 6 years his team has allowed an average of 23 points a game for the 1st preseason game while his offense averaged 21 points a game. This should be an easy OVER.
