I thought of that too, but I can't bet/hate totals so I'm just going with what I'm know will happen.
And no slap against Ravens fans or the Ravens themselves, they've overacheived and played great all season, especially with what they got. But, whats it like 16 weeks with no rest/recovery time. Bye week was in week 2 for crying out loud, they are crippled at this point and the energy and intensity they bring has actaully come back to haunt them as they have to be spent. Suggs hurt, and that's big if they cant pressure Rothlisburger. Rolle is banged up and the secondary is suspect outside of Reed. The defense has been getting the timely turnovers, but have been giving up yards in CHUNKS, especially in the short passes and the 8-10 yard cushions they give is too much. Heck, even in the running game, especially against the scat back types like Parker they've been getting run on. Offensively, Mason is playing with one Arm, Heap is fading, Both RB's are hurt, Flacco is a rookie and has no pocket presence and will fumble the ball. I GUARANTEE he fumbles the ball and if it's a prop, UNLOAD!!. Run, run, get lucky with a 50 yard bomb is not a "good drive". He'll have to be throwing more and the Ravens just won't let him.
The Ravens offense is and will be ULTRA conservative because of that. They have been all year and look at what they FAILED to do verse the dolphins when given the opportunities and the lack of offense/bending defense did in the Titans game. They're afraid of turning the rookie loose and relying too much on the defense to create turnovers, feild position and big plays. That doesn't cut it here, not in the AFC Championship team against a healthy and rest Steeler squad. No way.
