I would say that statement heavily contradicts a lot of what has been said right here in these forums over the last few months.

This must be the 4th time this year that their site has been down from the so called success and growth. No problem, with going down, as sometimes things happen. But going down 4 times this year , and sometimes being down for couple of days is ridiculous. One of the times they were down and said this, was during this football season and they were down from Friday to Sunday. Just my luck, I had transferred money to them for use on that same weekend when they went down. All weekend , I could not get plays through them and they had my money. Hit my plays to that weekend. **** this shit, as soon as they are up I'm gone from them.

If this truly is an upgrade, they should have let their players know they would be doing this today. Surely an upgrade would be scheduled days in advance.

Earlier today they said on the phone that a satellite went down and that they would be up by 11AM...well, heck, that's as good as time as any for an upgrade I guess.

This site is down just about more than any other site there is. Unreal how often you can't get down on a bet when you play here.

****in Ass Carib is still down. I can't believe these guys. **** them already. It is evident to me people that these guys really dont care about providing and maintaining customer care. All they had to do was let us know that they were going to have a systems upgrade today, so we could have a chance to make some sort of arrangements to play with another book for the time being. But no Carib decided not to inform its customers via email about this. Funny thing , is these guys send me emails several times informing me of their $5 promotions they have going on. Or that they have a new casino with new games. **** your casino and promotion.

I agree that with DannyMay about upgrades being scheduled in advance, so they had time to inform us. My suspicions is that they didn't want to inform us because they didnt want us to take out our money and play somewhere else and not return. ****in scrubs. Probably the real truth is that they took a real smash on the weekend and games leading up to tonight, and thus had to not open the books , while keeping on a very skeleton crew and sending everyone home, as a way to make up for the losses.

Doesn't matter Carib what your reason is , I'm out of there and I am taking my people with me.
