In 2004, the "American Pie" actress had botched breast implant and liposuction surgeries, leaving her stomach disfigured and her self-esteem crushed. "I had body contouring, but it all went wrong," she later admitted. "My stomach became the most ripply, bulgy thing." Though she vowed to never have surgery again, Tara elected to have corrective work done in 2006. The results? Good enough for Playboy. She posed nude for the men's mag in 2009

It's clear that Courtney Love has gone under the knife multiple times -- from a breast augmentation to a face lift -- but the controversial rocker doesn't really want to talk about it. In a 2013 cover story for FASHION magazine, Courtney joked, "Nobody ask me about aging gracefully, pleeease. C'mon, I took advice from Goldie Hawn when
she said I should get a facelift at 35!"

On an episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," the family patriarch was candid about the public's perception of his changing looks. "If you Google my name, the worst plastic surgeries of all time or whatever it is … they've compared me to Michael Jackson," he said. But that hasn't stopped him from visiting local
plastic surgeons. Most recently, he reportedly went under the knife to have his Adam's apple shaved down. His other surgeries have included a face lift and nose job, which he would later describe as "botched."

"Most of it was to mend the mess of my face because of the boxing, but I went to the wrong guy to put my face back together," Mickey once said, referring to his former profession in the boxing ring. "I had my nose broken twice. I had five operations on my nose
and one on a smashed cheekbone. I had to have cartilage taken from my ear to rebuild my nose and a couple of operations to scrape out the cartilage because the scar tissue wasn't healing properly."
