St. Marys vs Zaga

Im a big WCC fan, went to a WCC school (which I wont name, but is 1-20 this year) and follow the WCC very closely. I went to the St Marys/USD game last week and saw St Marys beat a very sub-par USD team. In my opinion Zaga has been battle tested with Tennesse 2x this year and won, played UCONN and barely lost in OT, played OK st and won by DD, blew out Maryland, Indiana and WASU. Im not saying this last 3 teams are great by any means, its just that Zaga has played some good out of conference teams and blew them out. The only team St Marys played that is worth mentioning is Providence and they beat them by 6. Zaga is playing at home and are very very tough to beat there. If Zaga plays this St Marys team like they played all thier other games, I can see them beating SM by 12-14pts. St Marys has some great shooters and a great guard in Mills. But if they decide to live and die by the 3 tonite its gonna be a long night for them.

What I see happening is a very close matchup in the 1st half and then Zaga pulling away in the 2nd half. I could go on and on with more analysis but I think it will just be useless. Anyways IMHAO I think Zaga gets it done at home tonite. Zaga -9

Another opinion/lean/play:

Santa Clara -18.5...my Lions r freaking horrible this year. Not to mention they r going on a road trip were they r even worse and lost 3 players to injury.

I guess I'll keep the WCC talk going myself. I also graduated from a WCC school (the University who took down UCONN with "the shot") and I like the Toreros tonight to take care of business in Portland. Billy Grier has them focused after that drubbing by St. Mary's. Considering a little San Diego ML action tonight.

Like USD myself and a big fan, hope they pull it off for u. With out B. Johnson however they r a completely different team. Grier is a great coach and so is Few. Think Grier has them focused tonight after that embarrasing blow out to St Mary's last week

the spread is 9? thats a mistake. st. mary's has the best player and is the better defensive team. zaga has a great homecourt, this is a pick em game on a neutral court. im assuming it has to be at gonzaga based on the line, haven't checked though.

Who has SM played?

I think you may be underestimating wins at SDST, SIU, Oregon a little bit. Obviously they havent played the bulldogs schedule but theres hasnt been a total cupcake.
