Lima struggled early and mays pitched a litte better than i thought, KC matches up well with Minnesota, would have taken them today, except that i dont like appier and i think santana is much better than mays. however cant blame anyone for taking KC+1.70 or whatever it is.. No value in Minn today..

SSI, nice to see we agree on the Braves and Angels, as well as both OVERs. How have you been doing these past few days?? Been so busy we didn't even have a chance to check in and see how everything was on a daily basis. Hope you made out alright, and best of luck for todays games.

glad your back buddy,, i think we are about exactly tied in trk's 2nd column, which is the one that matters to me, if your playing for real then its the 2nd column, if your playing for fun (then its the first column).. basically have to go against detroit and with atlanta if possible.. yeah i noticed the 2 overs, think we win yanks and hope we get tex/cws.. i think my cubs pick is a stretch and your dodgers pick is a stretch.. good luck anyway buddy..

SSI, yeah we had a feeling you'd disagree with laying 190 with the Dodgers even if it is Brown on the mound for us. Still we're trying out something new in the way of our 1-unit plays (since our old theory was going right down the frickin toilet fast) and thats the play it produced so we're sticking with it. Giving it a week or so to run, when thats through we'll evaluate it then. Best of luck.

P.S. Hopefully at the end of the season we can be tied at the top of the list, not at where we're at now. It's just about time for the 3 of us to start turning it on.

I was going to take KC again today but Appier concerns me as well. It's nice to have a second opinion about things. I hope some of my comments help you out as well.

IOO (In Our Opinion) Appier will be fine today going up against the Twins. Veteran pitchers like him know when and how to step-it-up when it counts and their team needs a solid performance. Yes Santana has pitched well of late but how long more do you think that will last?? We think he's about due to be roughed up just a bit today. And as SSI mentioned earlier Kansas City matches up very well with Minnesota overall, hence their wins on the 2 previous games of this series. 170+ with this years edition of the Royals is far too good to pass up, even if they end up losing this game 10-0. Its the right side to play here and it would be foolish to not do so. Again, just our opinion and we could be wrong.

Your comments on the SF/Reuter situation held true. He gave up 5 (I think) and SF lost the game.

Thanks for taking time out to help a rookie. I've only been at this for 4 weeks or so. Sometimes I get frustrated that I'm not going 25-10 every week. Your advice sure is helping out though.
