you've asked a very good question. I think it depends. I get a tracking cookie just by going to THIS site (the RX). Don't even have to make a post a tracking cookie is placed on my computer.
Maybe all websites do it--I don't know.

if i get this ad-ware on my work computer, will that prevent any issues with my tech guys?
