Some of it can be found on MLB.com under recent team news articles. I have a subscription to ESPN Insider that gives me links to the teams local newspapers that have a lot of good info in them as well. Also just searching for team blogs, etc.

Toronto throwing out a very weak lineup.

Most of Toronto's regular position players -- designated hitter Frank Thomas, center fielder Vernon Wells, right fielder Alex Rios, second baseman Aaron Hill, catcher Gregg Zaun and first baseman Lyle Overbay, along with newly acquired third baseman Scott Rolen and shortstop David Eckstein -- will remain at Knology Park for a workout on Thursday.

Don't really like who Detroit's sending to the mound but if they are putting out a decent lineup they have to be a strong favourite. Anybody know who's going to play for the Tigers today?

Nate Robertson is expected to start , but his wife Kristen went into labor and coach Leyland said if all goes well he will pitch. I live in Toledo Ohio and got this from my local paper.

Toledoblade is the name of the paper and it is on page 8 of sports section. Also stated was the pitching lineup which is Robertson , lopez, gallaraga, gerbe, mantei, and seay are expected to pitch against Toronto.

No that is what i want to know. I do not wannas bet on a bunch of batters who I have no clue about.. Wish I knew if frickin players were playing or not.. Guess its just better to wait for reg season. Too much time and effort going into this and I do not even know whoo is gonna bat!! Pitchers I agree are important but if teams have a bunch of nobodies batting I do not want anything to do with it.. Hell doesnt even seem like baseball to me.. Seems like it is just a bunch of tryouts.. I know dick about spring training baseball though.. so ....

Lefthander Wandy Rodriguez, who could begin the season as the Astros' No. 2 starter, is scheduled to pitch two innings today in the Grapefruit League opener against the Cleveland Indians. Righthander Jeff Harris will start for the Indians.

"Location is what I want to work on," said Rodriguez, who will be limited to two innings or 40 pitches. "That's the biggest thing with all my pitches. My biggest responsibility this year is to do my job on the mound, and that's what I'll do."

Rodriguez will be followed by lefthander Mark McLemore, who is competing for the final spot in the rotation. McLemore is also penciled in for two innings or 40 pitches.

Righthanders Chad Paronto, Geoff Geary, Ryan Houston and lefthanders Wesley Wright and Stephen Randolph are expected to pitch in relief.

Jeremy Hermida - RF

Gabriel Sanchez - 1B

Cody Ross - CF

Jorge Cantu - 3B

Mike Rabelo - C

Brett Carroll - LF

Cameron Maybin - DH

Sergio Mitre - P

You want the plate umpire? I've got the plate umpire: Mike Estabrook.

Opening lineup

Brian Roberts - 2B

Melvin Mora - 3B

Nick Markakis - RF

Kevin Millar - 1B

Luke Scott - LF

Ramon Hernandez - C

Jay Gibbons - DH

Adam Jones - CF

Luis Hernandez - SS

Adam Loewen - P

Substitute Aubrey Huff for Gibbons and you probably have your Opening Day lineup - though the second baseman could change, too.

Jones and Scott are the only regulars who won't make the trip to Jupiter tomorrow.
