YTD 42-39, -3.85 Units

New Orleans Hornets -2 2 Units

Even though the Raps have won two straight, this is a team I am far from impressed with. Their bench is very weak. Their defense has been very bad, giving up over 100 ppg, on 46% from the field. Losing TJ Ford has hurt this team, as they really do not have a solid backup point guard to lead the second unit. With or without Chandler, this Hornets team is the better team. Plus, it is not even close. Hornets are the more efficient offensive team, betting defensive team, better rebounding team, and have the better bench. Just a case of taking what I feel to be the better overall team. Hornets should win this one by a few buckets.

May have one late play. I will update once this game goes final....

Adding:

Adding the following:

Los Angeles Lakers -8.5 1H 1 Unit

Played the Lakeshow first half last time out and lost, but going to try it again here. Lakers are playing against a much inferior opponent, in Minny. The Wolves have now lost 8 straight games. New coach, same old bad team. They have no defense, allowing the opposition to shoot 47% from the field. Not good when you are going against an offensive powerhouse, in the Lakers. In the last two meetings between these two, the Lakers were up double digits at the half. Think the Lakers dominate tonight. Will keep this at one unit to ensure a profitable day.

Good luck!

I can see the post too but that happens to me sometimes where I don't see something that was quoted. But I'll see posts from that person elsewhere. Strange.

1-1 on the Day....

A split on the day, but a winning day. Hornets proved to be the better team in the early game. Lakers fail to cover a first half for the second consecutive time. I will leave those Lakers 1H bets alone. They just seem uninterested as of late. They started the season looking focus, blowing teams out, playing great defense. Now they look like they don't give a fuck. Almost like they are just waiting for the playoffs. It is really amazing to me that they are letting some of these inferior teams hang around, and even beat them (Kings, Pacers).

End up the week with a loss, but a winning day. Also, and more importantly, a winning week. Just need one or two more of those to finally get, and stay, in the black.

See ya next week....
