YTD 10-9, +.3 Units
Treading water thus far early on in the season. Hoping to gain some units today to finish off the week strong. Here is what I have thus far for Sunday....
New York Knicks +4 2 Units
Although the Jazz are undefeated, I am not a big believer. Espcially without Deron Williams. The combined record of their opposition thus far is 6-22. They have played some real bad teams. Jazz were a bad road team last year, going 17-24. They are a different team away from Utah, where they usually get every single call. They lost last season to this Knicks team in New York. Knicks have made progress since then. Huge coaching improvement for New York. Will take the home dog here.
Los Angeles Clippers +5.5 2 Units
Going to take a stab here with the Clippers. Mostly a play going against the Mavs, who I do not think deserve to be this large of a favorite on the road. Mavs time has come and gone. Josh Howard should play, but wrist is less than 100%. Hoping Clippers can put together a full game this time around, as they have been fairly competetive in the first half of most games. Just usually lose it in the second half. I'm thinking the Clips keep this one close, if not win outright.
Will have some late plays also. Just wanted to get these two early ones out there. Be back soon....
