I have noticed in this forum that majority of picks are on the spread. Maybe this is a noobie question but historically what are the percentages you win on ml vs spread?

I know people take spread because the juice is less then ml but realistically speaking you have a 50% chance off the back with ml where as in spreads you have to select the right team and then hope they cover the line. i tend to love to bet ml but based on my record so far i probably should bet spreads lol

Just asking is all. i am by no means a professional player. and just do it to hopefully make some side money while making games more interesting

Short answer... Spread you have 50/50 profit (yes I'm aware of juice)...where as big ML fav you need 2-1 to make profit. A -300 loss will need to win 3 games to break even.
