Sportsbooks taking PHONE wagers

Would like some opinions on which books some of your feel offers above average phone wagering. Taking mainly into consideration....no busy signals, clear english speaking clerks, and a genuine show of cortesy.

Heritage is the best I have played with, by far.

Yeah I am curios to hear some opinions. The worst for me was MVP sportsbook, man they sucked sounded like they picked them off the streets. But that was some years ago maybe they have improved (I was a sucker for there 14 point teaser odds back then). SportingbetUSA was ok, have not really talked to Olympic yet. But I hear that WWTS is very good on the phone.
