This issue is being addressed currently. There was miscommunication, but it is not normal policy for anyone to have and rollover prior bonus money after losing a deposit. The customer has completed their rollover requirement as soon as they have lost all of their funds.

They didn't pay me after all.

I had a zero balance. Refunded $600, No bonus. Placed a few bets worth around $1,200. Now I'm trying to withdraw $900, but can't do it because they say I still have $4048 to rollover.

I've explained the situation to them many times, but it just doesn't help.

KJ, did you get paid?
VERY GLAD I STARTED THIS THREAD

I actually didn't try to get paid, i had never intended to withdraw at this time. But i was pissed to find out that i couldn't if i wanted to. Like i said, it was just a hundred bucks...so not that big of an issue for me personally. That is until I realized that they are just trying to screw us. Dirty little scam they got runnin'. I started this thread almost as an afterthought because i thought this was normal policy for many books (actually i didn't but my bro told me it was, and so i assumed it was). I was just posting because i thought it was gonna lose them business, and thought a lot of that lost business would be losing bettors. So...just seemed like bad business. Bad for WWTS, bad for customers. But now, knowing that it is not policy to rollover this money, and knowing that CSR is trained to tell you that you must rollover this money... im just pissed at them. Disgrace for a book of that highly regarded to be pulling scams.

WWTS have now apologized and paid me.

Thank you General for your assistance, and thanks KJ for starting this thread!
